No Refunds

All fees, deposits, retainers, subscription payments, project payments, consultation fees, and service charges paid to Ananzi Infotech are non-refundable.

Once a project has been initiated, work has commenced, resources have been allocated, or services have been scheduled, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Client Acknowledgement

By purchasing or engaging any service from Ananzi Infotech, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All payments are final.

• No refunds, either full or partial, will be issued.

• Dissatisfaction with results, project progress, campaign performance, or business outcomes does not qualify for a refund.

• Delays caused by the client, lack of communication, change of requirements, or project cancellation by the client do not qualify for a refund.

Third-Party Expenses

Any costs paid to third-party providers, including but not limited to advertising platforms, domain registrars, hosting providers, software vendors, or subscription services, are non-refundable and subject to the respective provider’s policies.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement in accordance with the agreed terms. However, termination of services does not entitle the client to any refund of payments already made.

Policy Changes

Ananzi Infotech reserves the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
